Meet Maira, an Integrative health and fitness coach. She uses an integrative approach to nourish the body through food and movement, by providing

balanced-energy promoting meal plans, by encouraging bodyweight exercises that focus on developing cardiovascular health, strength, and mobility, and by using stress reduction and positive psychology techniques to nourish the mind.

Her passion lies in educating and guiding individuals to reach their fitness goals and unlock their full wellness potential for a joyful life and thriving career.
