Hi, I'm Maira

Having worked as an addictions youth worker, I know firsthand the demands of a caregiving role.


Despite having been an international rugby athlete and having knowledge in fitness and nutrition, constantly taking on extra shifts and neglecting proper nutrition, rest and self care, it left me experiencing exhaustion, a lack of motivation, weight gain, irritability, and brain fog. Since then, I've made it my mission to simplify nutrition and healthy living and to make health accessible and understandable for all.
