Hi, I'm Maira

Having worked as an addictions youth worker, I know firsthand the demands of a care and support role, and the toll it can take on both physical and mental health.

Despite my experience as an international rugby athlete and a strong background in fitness and nutrition; I still found myself struggling with exhaustion, a lack of motivation, weight gain, irritability, and brain fog, from constantly overworking, neglecting rest and self care.

Since then, I made it my mission to simplify nutrition and healthy living, and help overworked, exhausted individuals boost energy, reduce stress, and reach their fitness goals, through simple nutrition, functional movement, and positive psychology techniques for a more balanced, healthier and joyful life.
